How Velappity EHS Management Software Works
Custom forms to match your processes
In Velappity, businesses can create custom forms to match their EHS processes. Inspections and risk assessments are built using the controls in the forms designer. Controls include checkboxes, text boxes, dropdown lists, signatures and photos. Replace paper systems with a digital solution that captures the data you need in one central location. As an EHS system, Velappity is a scalable solution that can support occupational health, environmental health, and compliance across industries.
Streamlined reporting with custom reports
Reporting is simple with Velappity. Reports are generated on the completion of inspections and risk assessment forms. On-site inspectors complete their jobs on-site and then sync the results, generating the report which can be set to email to clients instantly, or first be reviewed by office staff. If performing EHS inspections for your own sites, the process is the same, though the results would not be sent to a client. Custom reports can be created using Velappity’s Microsoft Word plugin. With this, businesses can create fully custom reports with the structure and design to suit their requirements. Asset compliance monitoring results are reported to clients via the client portal. On the client portal, clients view these test results as well as any issues that have been identified so they can address them.
Stay on top of inspections and monitoring
Never miss an inspection, risk assessment or monitoring visit with Velappity’s scheduling tools. Set up one-off and recurring jobs to ensure all required work is completed on time. Set up monitoring regimes for assets so they are tested for compliance regularly. The resource planner includes a resource schedule where you can view your team’s schedule, moving jobs easily between team members if required. Unassigned jobs are listed so they can be assigned to an inspector, so no jobs are missed. Completed inspections and monitoring results also create an electronic logbook of compliance activity, giving teams a central record of work carried out across sites and assets
